Lab's first PhD student

The Rana Lab is thrilled to welcome Natalie Stover as our very first PhD student! Natalie is a first-year student in the Neuroscience Graduate Program and will be leading exciting work focused on developing nanotherapeutic strategies to target spinal motor neurons following neurological injury. Her projects will particularly explore BDNF/TrkB and NT3/TrkC signaling pathways and their potential for promoting neural plasticity and recovery.

Natalie is an incredibly kind, driven, and thoughtful young scientist, and we are so excited to have her join the team as we continue building the lab. Watch out, she is destined to do big things!
