Excited to join the Gene Therapy Institute and grow new collaborations at the intersection of gene therapy, neuroscience, and spinal motor control!
I am incredibly excited to join the OSU Gene Therapy Institute as faculty. As the Rana Lab continues to grow, we are eager to expand our efforts in gene therapy approaches. One of the most exciting aspects of joining the institute is the opportunity to collaborate with leaders in gene therapy, vector engineering, and translational neuroscience across campus. We are especially enthusiastic about integrating gene delivery technologies with our ongoing work in respiratory neurophysiology, neuromodulation, and neural circuit plasticity to develop new therapeutic strategies for neurological injury and disease. I look forward to building impactful collaborations in the years ahead.
